MKS Capital Wholesale Fund Pty Ltd ( ACN 674 156 346) is the authorised representative of Australian Financial Services Licence No. 404967 which is licensed by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (“ASIC”) to deal and advise on managed investment schemes to wholesale clients.

The objective of the Fund is to provide investors with exposure to Investments, being:

  1. Loans secured by mortgages, or other security, over Australian real estate; and
  2. Real property via the fund making debt and equity investments in SPVs which invest in, provide funding, or develop real estate.


The Fund is a ‘contributory investment scheme’ whereby investors choose to purchase units in a range of Investments offered by the manager. Returns will vary dependent upon the nature of each Investment.
